About Sagar – Founder

Witnessing the limitations of medication for my aging parents, I discovered yoga’s transformative power. Inspired by its benefits for active seniors (55+), I pursued certifications to share this holistic approach to well-being, a treasure trove of proven methods within yoga for addressing the very issues that plagued my parents generation. From joint health and bone density to cardiovascular health and mental well-being, yoga offered a stark contrast to the siloed world of prescription medication. This 5000-year-old practice had somehow faded into the background, replaced by a culture of quick fixes and profit-driven medicines. But the power of yoga remained, waiting to be rediscovered. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to empowering active seniors to embrace a vibrant golden age through the transformative power of yoga.

I’m Sagar Warghade, a certified yoga instructor (RYS 200 Yoga Alliance Certified, Basic Teachers Training Course Certified, Yogic concepts & techniques teaching Certified, Yoga Instructor Certification from Yoga Certification Board) passionate about sharing the joys of yoga with this remarkable community.
